IELTS Advantage Book Launch

On Friday I was lucky enough to meet Richard Brown and Lewis Richards, the authors of IELTS Advantage: Writing Skills, at the book’s launch in Portsmouth. IELTS Advantage:Writing Skills, by Delta Publishing, aims to take students step by step through the writing module to help them achieve a score of 6.5 or above.

The material has been trialled at Language Specialists International, a dynamic language school in Portsmouth, and there were very positive comments from the staff at the launch. Both the authors and Nick Boisseau, the publisher from Delta, were very pleased with the turn-out at Café le Parisien and it was more evidence that the smaller ELT publishers can produce attractive and competitive publications.

  1. This is the right web site for anybody who hopes to find out about this topic.

You know so much its almost tough to argue with you
(not that I really will need to…HaHa). You definitely
put a new spin on a subject that has been discussed for many years.

    Great stuff, just excellent!

  2. This is a very good book. I recommend anyone specializing in IELTS Writing to get it. A whole book on IELTS Writing means that you get really detailed stuff. I love how they guide the students to use various specific grammar points for the IELTS Writing tasks. The first book I’ve come across that does it like it does and in such a detailed way that will really help the students score well.

As an IELTS teacher that specializes in IELTS Writing, this book has given me a lot of ideas.
